At Treegi, every order is made especially for you.
Once your order is placed, our production partner carefully prints and prepares your item before it begins its journey to your doorstep. We work with trusted global shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and with full tracking.
Processing Time
Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
During busy seasons, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If that happens, we'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Tracking Your Order
Every Treegi order includes tracking.
Once your package leaves our production facility, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A tracking link
- Carrier information
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Treegi cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update the information before your order is shipped.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
At this time, we are unable to deliver to:
- PO Boxes
- Parcel lockers
- Parcel stations
