Returns & Refunds

At Treegi, every piece is made especially for you.

Because our products are printed and produced on demand, we do not keep inventory or mass-produce items. We want you to love what you receive, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.

We'll always do our best to find a fair solution.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or faulty
  • Incorrectly printed
  • Different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Returns

As all Treegi products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong model or size
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

However, if there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

Any approved return requests must be authorized by our support team before being shipped back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement if eligible.


Refunds

Refunds may be approved in cases where:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The package is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been approved.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only guarantee changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has started, orders can no longer be modified or canceled.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.


Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Promotional clearance products
